Why does Android show an installation warning?
The APK is distributed directly rather than through Google Play. Confirm the domain is berthalla.io and compare the SHA-256 above before installing.
Does it connect to my wallet?
No. There is no wallet connection, signing, trading or account flow. The widget displays informational market data only.
Where are my BERT holdings stored?
Only in the app’s private storage on your device. The amount is used locally to calculate the Market widget’s USD value and is never sent to Berthalla or a third party.
How often does it update?
The app requests a background refresh every 15 minutes. Android ultimately controls scheduling and may delay work to preserve battery. The widget shows the quote age and marks delayed data.
How do updates work?
Return to this page for new releases. Download the newer APK and install it over the existing app; your widget placement should remain intact.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. The current release is Android-only. An iPhone edition requires a separate native app and WidgetKit extension plus Apple signing and TestFlight or App Store distribution; that build has not started yet.
